Thank you for your interest in Design Packaging. Our vision is to be the best corrugated box manufacturer in the S.E. United States and this means providing the highest level of quality and services to our customers. When I joined Design Packaging over two years ago these were the two areas that stood out to me the most. The processes we have in place, and the determination we have, to provide our customers with the best and most consistent products is overwhelming. The expectations, our people have, to go beyond the norm for our customers is unmatched in this industry and allows us to provide outstanding service to our market. I am proud to be associated with these fine people and this great company.
It is common in the corrugated industry for box plants to focus on a particular part of the market. Some focus on regular brown boxes, some on jumbo boxes, etc…. And as you move around in our web-site, you’ll find that we participate in just about anything you can think of doing with a corrugated box. We even work with different kinds of foam applications and conduct fulfillment work as well. Our graphic arts department will assist you in everything from designing a new company logo to recreating art that you provide. The design department does an excellent job at reviewing our customer’s total packaging line for efficiency improvements and other types of cost savings. So, as you’ll see, our vast array of tools to help our customers is impressive and assists us with achieving our vision.
I’ve already alluded to the great people we have here at Design Packaging. What makes them special is they are tuned in to our mission here. And part of our mission is to have a successful business that continually improves. They understand the link behind competing and winning in the market and completing our mission as a business. This gives us a solid means to consistently achieve our vision of being the best corrugated box manufacturer in the Southeast United States.
